Jerry Arbittier has 25 years’ experience in survey research and project management. He was one of the founders of WebSurveyResearch, the first physician panel developed for the healthcare marketing research industry. He has conducted thousands of healthcare marketing research studies, developed the initial sample design for Arbitron’s first TV meter panel, and was in charge of product development and research at TNS Media Research. Jerry has a Masters Degree in Statistical Psychology.
Larry is the Chief Marketing Officer at SHC with responsibility for business development and client relations. Larry has worked in a senior level position for GFK, NOP, Louis Harris, Roper Starch Worldwide and Friedman Marketing He has a proven track record in product development, marketing, research design and execution. He has extensive experience with all data collection methodologies including panel, on-site, in-home, mall, mail, web, IVR, and telephone.
Sal is the Vice President of Business Development at SurveyHealthCare. Sal comes to SHC from QuickTest/Heakin Research where he was responsible for account management and sales. Sal received his MBA from NYU Stern and his BS from Pace University. At SurveyHealthCare Sal is responsible for new sales development and client support. It has not hurt having several Pharmacists in his immediate family, as it has provided him with an extensive understanding of healthcare issues and concerns.
Robin Nowatkowski Moylan
Robin began her market research career in 1996 at the Marist Institute for Public Opinion as a research assistant. Since then she has worked as a research analyst and manager of research at some of the most prestigious companies, including Frank N. Magid Associates, Omicom Company, Cendant Corporation, and Center for Public Interest Polling at Rutgers and Columbia House. Today, Robin oversees the project management service for SurveyHealthCare ensuring best service and top quality. Robin has her MA in Survey and Public Opinion Research.
Jason has over 13 years experience in market research. Prior to joining SurveyHealthCare he worked at Bernett Research where he was responsible for IT and their survey programming team. At SurveyHealthCare Jason oversees programming, technical support and is heavily involved in all aspects of client servicing. Jason has a BS in Computer Software Engineering, AAS in Computer Software Engineering/Language Specialist and an AAS in Computer Software Engineering/Internet Programming.
Jeane has had a rich career in Market Research. Her experience covers all types of data collection methodologies for numerous industries including healthcare. She began her career in 1989 at Centrac- a well-known data collection firm. She has also worked at Suburban Associates, Q Research, and Universal Survey, holding positions as a Programmer, Project Director, Operations Manager, Client Service Manager and Account Manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge in both online and CATI research and a well-deserved reputation for providing creative solutions designed to successfully recruit some of the more challenging audiences. Clients frequently find that when everyone else says no, Jeane finds a way to say yes.
Jessica, a recent graduate with honors from Idaho State University, brings strong technical skills and “hands on “healthcare experience.” At Idaho State University, where she worked as a lab assistant, she designed and executed a study on canine hydrotherapy. She has been a Veterinarian Assistant and a Dental Assistant working with doctors organizing their offices and assisting during examinations and surgeries. As a Technical Support Manager at SHC she will be working with the SHC project staff managing all aspects of the research project.
Nancy received her MBA from NYU Stern and her BSBA from Washington University. She has worked at a number of management consulting firms managing global projects in the pharmaceutical and finance arenas. Nancy trained in market research at Lieberman Research, where many of her clients were from the healthcare industry. Joining forces in 2009 with Jerry Arbittier, she set out to create the premier healthcare market research data collection company, which they named Universal SurveyHealthCare. As a partner she is involved in all aspects of the business, with her main focus on strategy and management.
